This unique white differs from other typical Moscatel wines due to is dryness. It has a very subtle aroma with a floral burst of roses and peppermint. It has a delicate mouthfeel with floral flavors predominantly and a very nice finish. |

Winemaker Notes
The grapes come from three different vineyards – one parcel with old vines of more than 50 years, and the other two with about 15 year old vines. Fermented using a process called “bica aberta” (without skin contact) which lasts for nearly a month at temperatures varying from about 57.2° F and 60.8° F. The wine is kept for three months in stainless steel vats.
