Winemaker Notes
After an eight hour skin contact the juice is removed (saignée or bleeding) from the solid parts. Temperature controlled fermentation takes place at 61ºF (16 ºC) in order to preserve all the aromas and freshness. Once the wine is fermented the wine is racked to remove lees and prior to bottling is fined and cold stabilized in order to avoid any undesired precipitation.
Serving Hints
This Rosado is the ideal wine by the glass. A perfect match with light salads, pasta and meat dishes.
