Winemaker Notes
The grapes are sourced from 100% certified sustainable vineyards managed under a philosophy of kaitiaki – the Māori concept of guardianship for sky, sea, and land.
After harvest, the grapes were crushed and pressed into stainless steel tanks where the juice was fermented at controlled cool temperatures to capture the intense varietal flavors. The wine was then blended and bottled.
Interesting Fact
Rongopai translates to “good taste” or “good feeling” in Māori – something we seek to create with every vintage.

Pairs well with raw oysters, green salads and white meat dishes like roasted chicken and quail.
