The vineyard is located in Gallina, Nieve. The grapes are grown on the Langa hills. The soil is rich in limestone and clay. The grapes are farmed using organic practices. The vines get south- western exposure and extensive sun coverage, which favors a ideal ripening. The 2021 vintage began with a mild winter, accompanied by plenty of rain and some snow, ensuring an ample supply of water for later in the season. The vines’ growth cycle carried on as expected with moderate weather in the spring and summer. Harvest began mid-September, yielding grapes of remarkable quality.
